This set of prints is based on studies in the archives of Harvard Forest near Athol, MA. Field notes, photographs and theses inform the prints, that cover everything from the winter nesting of grouse to yellowing disease in palm trees.
A study done in the 1970s, at a satellite site in Florida, describing the pathology of yellowing palm disease, and a method of early diagnosis. The xylem pressure in diseased trees does not fluctuate, which stops nutrient circulation in the tree.
